Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Administration Support

  • Assist the sales team in processing training registrations and course bookings.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and supporting documents for customers.
  • Maintain and update sales records, candidate lists, and training schedules.

2. Customer & Candidate Coordination

  • Handle incoming enquiries from trainees, companies, and agents.
  • Provide information on available courses, schedules, and requirements.
  • Coordinate with candidates to ensure all documents are submitted before training or tests.
  • Support the sales team in managing customer relationships

3. Data Entry & System Management

  • Perform accurate data entry into internal systems (e.g. AMS / Training Management System)
  • Maintain proper documentation of candidate records and sales reports.
  • Ensure accuracy of training records and registration information.

4. Operational Coordination

  • Work closely with the Admin and Trainer teams to coordinate training schedules and candidate attendance.
  • Assist in preparing training materials, attendance lists, and administrative paperwork.

5. Reporting & Monitoring

  • Assist in compiling sales reports and performance data.
  • Track registration numbers and support the sales team in achieving training targets
  • Provide updates to management when required

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of administrative or sales support experience preferred.
  • Experience in training centres, construction industry, or customer service will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Responsible and disciplined with work processes.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain high accuracy in documentation and system records.
  • Provide timely support to the sales team.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, admin, and trainers.
  • Contribute to achieving ATTC training enrollment targets.
