The Sales Administrator supports the sales team and company operations by managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and handling sales documentation. This role ensures smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
- Handle customer enquiries (WhatsApp, phone, email).
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales proposals.
- Maintain and update customer database (CRM/Excel).
- Assist sales team in preparing contracts and service agreements.
- Process purchase orders (POs) and sales orders.
- Follow up on customer payments and outstanding invoices.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with operational teams.
- Prepare sales performance reports.
- Support marketing or promotional campaigns.
- General administrative duties assigned by management.
- Minimum GCE O Level / Nitec / Diploma.
- 1-3 years of admin or sales support experience preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with customers).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Friendly, responsive, and organised.
- Able to multitask and manage deadlines.
