Sales Admin Executive

• Position : Sales Admin Executive

• Location : Raffles Place

• Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday - Friday : office hours (11am -7pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3700 + Performance Bonus

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry: OPERATORS AND CHARTERERS OF BARGES, TUGBOATS AND BUMBOATS (FREIGHT)

Main Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders, confirmations, and invoices accurately and promptly.

• Verify customer information, pricing, and payment details.

• Liaise with customers via phone and email to resolve enquiries or obtain missing information.

• Maintain and update sales records, contracts, and customer databases.

• Prepare regular sales reports and assist with data analysis.

• Coordinate internally with operations, logistics, and finance to expedite orders and deliveries.

• Channel customer feedback to relevant departments for follow-up.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or customer service.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
