What the Role Is
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Admin Executive to support our sales growth and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, organized, and eager to be part of a growing team. You will be involved in client acquisition, customer service, and coordination with internal teams including working closely with the HR team on sales-related matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to generate business opportunities
- Understand our products and services in order to prepare accurate quotations
- Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and provide after-sales support
- Manage inbound and outbound sales communications via phone, email, and other platforms
- Arrange meetings with prospective clients and follow up on leads
- Maintain and update the client database and contact records
- Coordinate with internal departments such as HR for manpower planning or project needs
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
What we are looking for
Location: Singapore (Work From Home)
Trial Period: 1-week part-time (paid), convertible to full-time based on performance
To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements:-
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Experience in sales, business development, or marketing
- Quick to learn and understand technical products and services
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional and proactive in coordinating with various internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus
