Job Description

  • Accurately key in customer orders and details into the system on a timely basis.
  • Assist the sales team in coordinating with customers on ad-hoc requests, order changes, and event details.
  • Ad-hoc assignment

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Level
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, admin, or customer service (F&B or catering industry preferred).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Able to start work at short notice will be an advantage.
