About the Role
We are a small, stable company looking for a reliable and organized Sales Admin Assistant to join our team. This is a supportive role perfect for a junior candidate or a Singapore PR looking for a role with a manageable workload and a friendly environment. You will handle the end-to-end sales process at a relaxed pace, ensuring our small volume of orders is processed accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Admin: Handle customer enquiries via email or WhatsApp, generate sales quotations, and perform simple data entry.
- Order Tracking: Follow up on sales enquiries and track the status of orders from PO (Purchase Order) through to final shipment.
- Operations Coordination: Arrange manpower schedules for our small operations team and coordinate logistics with delivery couriers.
- Inventory Support: Perform simple stock checks for parts and assist with basic restocking when necessary.
- General Support: Provide basic administrative assistance to the team as required.
Requirements
- Status: Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs).
- Education: GCE O-Level, N-Level, or ITE qualifications.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Email/WhatsApp communication.
- Attitude: Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a quiet, low-volume setting.
- Experience: No prior experience is required we are happy to provide full training for the right person.
