Company Overview

TRIANGLE AUTO PTE LTD is a company specializing in automotive sales administration, supporting sales turnover and profitability through efficient contract preparation, vehicle registration management, and sales forecasting.

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting sales turnover and profitability by managing sales administration tasks including sales contract preparation, COE management, sales forecasting, and commission processing.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales contracts and release work orders accurately in the system to support sales operations
  • Manage COE requirements by coordinating with Sales Consultants, OEMs, and tender processes to ensure timely vehicle registration
  • Compile COE documentation for vehicle registration to meet regulatory requirements
  • Collect and consolidate sales forecasts from Sales Consultants for submission to Senior Sales Administrator to aid sales planning
  • Calculate and prepare commission payments for Sales Consultants to ensure accurate and timely remuneration
  • Collate and submit petrol reimbursement claims for Sales Consultants to maintain expense records
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned to support the sales team's efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to prepare reports and manage data efficiently
  • Familiarity with vehicle registration processes and procedures to ensure compliance and smooth operations
  • Ability to multi-task and work productively in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
  • Strong planning skills to organize work and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Effective interpersonal skills with an influential approach to collaborate with colleagues and subordinates
  • Good time management, decision-making, adaptability, conflict resolution, and mentorship skills to support team dynamics and productivity

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Completed Secondary School education
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Administration or administrative support, preferably within the automotive industry
