Job Summary

Join our new salad bar team near MRT, opening October/November. We seek Salad Bar Crew with a positive attitude, passion for food, and commitment to excellent customer service. Training and Food Hygiene Certificate sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Wash, cut, portion, and prepare vegetables, proteins, toppings, and other ingredients for food preparation.
• Perform simple cooking tasks such as reheating, oven roasting/grilling, and light stir-frying using an induction cooker to prepare menu items.
• Assemble salads and other food items neatly and present them at the bar counter following company standards.
• Take customer orders accurately, operate the cashier/POS system, process payments, and respond to customer enquiries to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and front-of-house areas to comply with food safety requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor and replenish food levels at the service line to maintain sufficient supply during operating hours.
• Adapt to shift rotations and work flexibly at different stations as needed.
• Work efficiently and calmly under pressure during busy periods while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and customer service standards.

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willingness to learn and maintain a positive, responsible attitude.
• Good customer service and communication skills.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous food service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Food Hygiene Certificate training will be sponsored by the company (T&C apply).
