- 2 visits a week, about 8 visits a month
1) Establish elements of a Hearing Conservation Program (Identify all possible noise sources evaluate specific machinery or noise source for noise control, and determine the most practical and effective methods of reducing the noise to meet the desired criteria)
- Arrange & coordinate with operations to identify noise areas, SEG
- Coordinate with Noise vendor for assessment & monitoring
- Interpret results for follow up
- Identify HCP employees from noise report results, communicate results and conduct training
- Follow up with operations for noise control measures
2) Waste Management
- Coordinate efforts with incumbent IFM vendor to implement recycling activities
3) Chemical Management / IH
- Assess chemical inventory to maintain up-to-date for IH QEA
- Update IH QEA
- Coordinate with IH vendor for assessment & monitoring
- Interpret results for follow up
- Identify employees from monitoring report results and communicate results
- Follow up with operations for control measures
- Assess new chemicals (licensable for P&FM) and include in P&FM inventory for permit renewal
4) Any other safety programs / projects depending on need
