Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation and implementation of Safety Program
- Ensure all work practices comply with company safety policy and WSH act
- Advise on Work Plan / Risk Assessment / Safe Work Procedures
- Ability to identify problems and provide solutions
- Able to lead fellow colleagues and inculcate them towards safe work culture
- Compile all relevant report and records, carry out daily safety inspection
- Prepare and submit weekly safety report as required by management and clients
- Participate and involve in ISO 45001 implementation and audit
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
- Must be a registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower, Singapore
- Strong knowledge of WSHE-related legislation and regulations, including the WSH Act and environmental standards
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as a WSHO in Singapore, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Diligent, and self-motivated
- Salary will be commensurate with experience
