To manage, maintain and implement Food Quality and Safety Management System.
To enforce Food Quality and Safety Policy, MSC COC Policy and Procedures in the company premise.
To conduct daily/weekly routine validation inspection to ensure compliance (CCP, RPR, OPRP, GMP, GHP, MSC) and identify problematic areas for improvement.
To investigate and report on any nonconformance observed in the work place and customer returns.
To assist in preparation of the organization for customer audit, regulatory audits and external accreditation reviews.
Participate in the Internal audit and Design & Development program.
Perform monthly lab test, data analysis and QA reports.
Liaise with authorities and 3rd party, manage license renewal.
Record and file all works, ad-hoc projects and report writing.
To perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior.
Requirement
Minimum Diploma in Food Science or Quality or related professional Engineering certificate on related skill.
At least 3 years of QA working experience in the Food & Beverage or Food Packaging Manufacturing industry is required for this position.
Strong Knowledge in ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 management system
ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certified is a must
ISO or FSIS 22000 / HACCP Internal Auditor certified is an advantage
Strong in Brain Storming and Analytical Knowledge
Must able to speak/write in English and Mandarin language
