GPS Operations SG plays a vital role within Global Patient Safety, ensuring the safety of Lundbeck products through robust global pharmacovigilance compliance. We are a team of pharmacovigilance professionals with backgrounds in medicine, pharmacy, and nursing. • You will support the business by taking ownership of end-to-end ICSR (individual case safety report) management for Lundbeck products across the entire product lifecycle.
  • Analyse and interpret drug safety data to determine case validity, suspect drugs, adverse events, seriousness, causality, and reporting timelines.
  • Deliver high-quality case processing, including precise medical coding (MedDRA/WHO Drug) and thorough data quality reviews in line with global standards.
  • Apply your medical judgment to assess cases and ensure timely, compliant submissions to regulatory authorities and stakeholders.
  • Work alongside dedicated colleagues across global teams and grow your career through structured onboarding, mentorship, and development opportunities at Lundbeck. Occasional travel is required.

Your future team

  • GPS Operations is a key pillar of our R&D function, with regional offices in Singapore and the USA, and headquarters in Denmark.
  • You will be part of a dynamic team of Safety Data Professionals, dedicated to protecting patient well‑being and advancing public health through vigilant safety monitoring and benefit–risk assessment across the entire product lifecycle.
  • We foster a culture grounded in psychological safety and open feedback, empowering every team member to learn, grow, and excel together as we progress in our professional journeys.

What you bring to the team

  • Education & Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Degree in Biological Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field.

  • Skills & Experience:
  • Basic knowledge of pharmacovigilance, pharmacology, and the pharmaceutical industry is essential.
  • Experience in drug adverse event reporting, with familiarity in safety databases such as ARISg or ARGUS being an advantage.
  • Proficient in IT systems and databases, with strong skills in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, a good team player, and capable of working independently.
