Job Summary
You will support HR operations by managing attendance records, processing insurance claims, performing data entry, and handling administrative tasks such as travel arrangements and visa applications to ensure efficient daily HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Record and verify daily employee attendance accurately to support workforce management
- Process corporate insurance and claims documents and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective claims management
- Perform data entry tasks including HR documentation, letter typing, and filing to maintain organized records
- Manage administrative duties such as issuing medical chits, updating records, ordering stationery supplies, arranging travel, and handling visa applications
- Assist with daily HR administrative tasks to maintain smooth HR operations
- Adapt to additional duties assigned by supervisors to support team needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Professional Certificate, NiTec, or GCE O levels
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience preferred
- Experience in Infotech is preferred
- Ability to organize tasks, work independently, multitask, and adapt flexibly
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Word and Excel
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and high integrity
- Willingness to start work on short notice
