Safety Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Safety Coordinator to join our project team in Singapore. Reporting to the Safety Manager / WSH Officer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the company's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) management system, ensuring full compliance with MOM regulations and the WSH Act.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing WSH management system and ensure compliance with MOM regulations and WSH Act

Prepare and review Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP)

Conduct daily site safety inspections rectify unsafe acts/conditions

Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Conduct Toolbox Meetings and safety inductions for workers

Assist in incident investigation and prepare accident reports

Maintain safety records for MOM inspection

Job Requirements:

WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) or Safety Coordinator Course certificate

BCSS certification (for construction roles)

Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Building and Construction industry

Strong knowledge of WSH Act and MOM regulations

Good communication skills in English and Mandarin

Proficient in Microsoft Office
