Job Summary

Coordinate and oversee supply boat and land transportation operations, ensuring smooth logistics processes and effective communication with stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee end-to-end operations for supply boat and land transportation to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Plan and arrange loading schedules with shipping agents, ship management companies, and suppliers to optimise terminal operations

Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and email enquiries to maintain clear communication with stakeholders

• Monitor and support daily logistics activities, resolving urgent operational issues to maintain smooth workflow
• Work independently with minimal supervision to manage logistics tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Operate on rotational shifts, including late hours, weekends, and public holidays, following the off-in-lieu system
• Use Microsoft Office and other computer applications to schedule operations and prepare accurate reports
