Job Description
- Assist in the implementation, review, and continuous improvement of the company's Integrated Management System.
- Provide full-time site safety supervision at project sites.
- Apply for and manage Work Permits to ensure compliance with project and statutory requirements.
- Manage the preparation, review, and implementation of Risk Assessments (RA), Method of Statements (MOS), and Safe Work Procedures (SWP).
- Arrange and conduct Toolbox Meetings and safety briefings.
- Monitor and inspect work sites to ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and ISO standards.
- Conduct regular site safety audits, inspections, and promotional programs to foster a strong safety culture.
- Investigate safety incidents, prepare reports, and propose corrective actions for management review.
- Ensure all safety-related certifications, permits, and documentation are up to date and maintained.
- Maintain all safety records in compliance with ISO 45001 requirements.
- Liaise with external training providers and arrange safety training for site personnel.
- Carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an environmental control, safety supervision, or environmental management role, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Diploma in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- MOM-registered WSH Coordinator and NEA-registered Environmental Control Officer certifications are mandatory.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction or high-tech facility environments (e.g., semiconductor, pharmaceutical, data centers).
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, WSH Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
