Key Responsibilities
As an integral part of our team, you will:
- Assist in implementing and maintaining workplace safety and health (WSH) policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with MOM and WSH regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety requirements, permit-to-work systems, and safe work procedures
- Coordinate and conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and trainings for workers and subcontractors
- Investigate and report accidents, near misses, and unsafe practices, and recommend preventive measures
- Maintain proper WSH records, documentation, and reports as required by statutory regulations
- Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and authorities on all WSH-related matters
- Promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the workforce

What We're Looking For
- Possess a valid WSH Coordinator registration with MOM
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction safety coordination
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's WSH Act, regulations, and Code of Practice
- Familiar with risk assessment methods, incident investigation, and safety management systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and promote safety awareness across teams
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with site teams and subcontractors
