Job Scope / Responsibilities
- Inspect work sites to ensure compliance with safety directives.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly safety inspections and recommend improvements.
- Maintain and submit safety records, including toolbox meetings and equipment inspection logs.
- Assist in investigating accidents, incidents, or occupational health issues and implement mitigation measures.
- Implement, monitor, and evaluate the Health and Safety Program on site.
- Report safety concerns and improvement suggestions to HSE Department.
- Communicate potential hazards to staff and contractors.
- Maintain relevant HSE documentation and records.
- Assist in safety inductions, training, and HSE briefings.
- Support emergency response and provide first aid guidance.
- Perform other duties as required by the WSH Act or assigned by supervisors.
