WSH Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled WSH Coordinator with Tunnel experience to take charge of ensuring all site activities are conducted in alignment with relevant safety and environmental standards. This role involves the proactive implementation and enforcement of safety protocols on-site to uphold regulatory compliance and minimize risk.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure tunnel site activities comply with WSH and environmental laws and regulations
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective safety practices as outlined by the WSH Act
- Enforce site-specific safety policies and operational safety procedures
- Carry out frequent on-site inspections and initiate corrective measures when necessary
- Lead and facilitate safety briefings, training sessions, and awareness programs for workers
- Maintain accurate documentation of safety inspections, incident reports, and related records
- Support additional duties and tasks as assigned by site management
Job Requirements:
- Holds a valid level B certification in Workplace Safety and Health
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in tunnel construction safety, specifically in the infrastructure or civil engineering sector
- Strong understanding of WSH Act requirements and applicable safety regulations
- Must be open to a 6-day work schedule on 12-hour shift
