Inspects work site conditions to ensure all work activities are compliant with safety directives.
Conduct daily/weekly/monthly safety inspection and make recommendation on safety measures or method to improve the work.
Ensure timely submission and proper filing of safety records/documents, such as daily tool box meeting, mandatory safety equipment maintenance/inspection record, etc.
Assist in accident/incident, dangerous occurrence or occupational disease that occurred within the worksite and implement mitigating measures.
Implement, maintain, monitor and evaluate the Health and Safety Program at site.
Report employee concerns and suggestions for improving the safety of the work site to HSE Department.
Communicate the existence of potential hazards to the work team and Contractor's workers.
Maintain relevant HSE related documentation and records.
Assist in conducting safety induction training and related HSE briefing.
Assist in emergency response and provide first aid guidance
Other duties as specified in WSH Act and Regulations or duty assigned by WSH Officer
