Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Murex and GFM applications, ensuring stable day‑to‑day operations and timely issue resolution
• Monitor system performance and health, analyze logs, and proactively identify and mitigate potential issues
• Partner with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks, optimize configurations, and implement system enhancements
• Drive automation initiatives using scripting and modern tools to eliminate manual operational tasks and improve efficiency.
• Participate in duty support rotations, including on‑call support and weekend implementations for new product features when required
  
  

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience with Murex, including modules such as e‑Tradepad, Simulation, Limits, Livebook, MXML, Datamart, and related components
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex production issues efficiently
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations during critical incidents.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and support on-call rotations.
