Job Description:
- The RTO is reporting to the Snr. PM / Project Manager.
- Serving as the primary point of contact between the construction site, project management team, and relevant regulatory authorities.
- Ensuring all construction activities comply with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Monitoring and reporting on progress, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Liaising with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate work and resolve conflicts.
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the project.
- Assisting with the preparation of progress reports, budgets, and other project-related documentation.
- Collaborating with the project management team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Other Ad-hoc related duties assigned by the company.
Job Requirement:
- Registered with BCA as a full time RTO.
- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Preferably with 5 years of RTO experience in supervision of drainage with knowledge of C&S details, working drawings and Singapore construction practices.
- Conversant with Singapore building codes and regulations.
- Good communication, and supervisory skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- 5.5 days work week.
