Roving Technician (Condo / MCST)

Job Scope

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair works across multiple residential developments
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, lighting, and minor M&E issues at assigned sites
• Attend to service requests and urgent maintenance issues from site management teams
• Carry out routine inspection of common property facilities and equipment
• Support maintenance of pumps, lighting systems, access control, intercom, and basic fire protection systems
• Assist in monitoring contractors and service vendors during maintenance works
• Conduct minor repair works and rectification across estates
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and estate regulations
• Maintain proper maintenance reports and service records
• Respond to emergency situations such as power failure, water leakage, or equipment faults
• Travel between multiple sites as assigned by HQ / Supervisor
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or related field
• Relevant experience in building / property maintenance preferred
• Basic knowledge of M&E systems and fire protection systems
• Able to travel between multiple sites
• Responsible and able to work independently
