Job Summary
Perform maintenance, repair, and servicing of HVAC, chiller, and electrical systems to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Calibrate equipment and tools and perform preventive maintenance to ensure operational readiness and compliance
- Repair and maintain chiller, air-conditioning, HVAC, ACMV, and electrical systems to sustain optimal performance
- Service and repair industrial chiller units to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
- Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, calibration, inspection, and testing activities to ensure system functionality
- Ensure all maintenance and repair work complies with appliance standards and the Health and Safety Act
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks according to scheduled maintenance plans to prevent equipment failure
- Supervise subcontractor work progress and conduct follow-ups to ensure timely and quality completion
- Prepare testing and commissioning reports documenting system performance and compliance
- Compile monthly internal reports detailing maintenance activities and outcomes
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Certificate/Diploma in precision, mechanical, electrical engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
