Location: Changi Airport
Work hours: 6 days per week with occasional night shift
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to oversee the deployment of cleaning robots at project site.
- Act as first responder for ad-hoc breakdowns and carry out daily troubleshooting tasks.
- Assist in training staff on robot operation and safety procedures.
- Record operational data and report performance metrics.
- Optimise cleaning operations by performing data analysis on robotics deployment and other operational applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to spearhead trials and implement new technologies.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Robotics / Data Analytics or a related field.
- Willing to work on weekends and night shift if needed.
- Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in robot fleet management will be preferred.
- Experience in cleaning/facilities management will be advantageous.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator - able to explain technical concepts for non-technical team members.
