Job Responsibilities
- Architect drone systems, including flight controllers, payloads, telemetry, and companion compute.
- Customize and optimize ArduPilot firmware for performance, autonomy, and reliability.
- Lead a team of engineers and manage projects from client briefing to final flight test.
- Engage with clients to design technical solutions, prepare proposals, and manage deliverables.
- Oversee system integration, testing, documentation, and post-deployment support.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in drone development (hardware and firmware).
- Proficiency in ArduPilot, MAVLink, Mission Planner, C/C++, Python, and systems integration.
- Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills, with experience in hardware-software integration exposure to PX4, ROS, or UAVCAN is an advantage.
