RFMT Crew Team

RFMT members are required to obtain the WSO Module: Robotics & Automation Application (Level 2) certification within six months of their appointment.

Role and Responsibilities of the RFMT Crew Member:

The primary responsibility of the RFMT crew member is to enhance productivity in cleaning operations through effective management and optimization of robotic systems.

Key duties include:

• Overseeing the deployment and performance of cleaning robots during operations.
• Acting as the first responder to ad hoc robotic breakdowns and performing daily troubleshooting.
• Utilizing data analytics to optimize robotic deployment, aiming to increase completion rates, and run efficiency.
• Analyzing data from operational platforms such as HIVE, IFS, and AIMS to generate actionable insights that improve on-ground cleaning operations.
• Leading innovation initiatives, including trials and the implementation of new technologies or methods in cleaning automation.

Working Hours:

Shift 1: 7AM to 3PM

Shift 2: 11AM to 7PM

Shift 3: 7PM to 7AM

6 Days Work Week
