Qualifications & Requirements:
We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and competent English-speaking Team Leader to oversee robotic cleaning operations and data analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and upskilling a team of cleaners in managing a fleet of cleaning robots and leveraging data to optimize cleaning performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of cleaners in operating and maintaining a robotic cleaning fleet.
- Provide training and support to ensure effective use of robotic systems.
- Analyze data from robotic operations to improve efficiency and cleaning outcomes.
- Coordinate with management to implement best practices and address operational challenges.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Diploma or equivalent qualification in Robotics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in robotics management and data analysis in an operational environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and train teams effectively in English.
Additional Requirements:
- The Team Leader must not be deployed as a replacement for operational cleaning staff on any shift.
- Must demonstrate the ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
- The RFMT Leader may be required to work occasional third shifts and weekends however, he is not expected to perform his regular shift on those days.

8:00AM to 5:30PM, Monday to Friday
