Job SummaryWe are looking for a Reward Specialist to support the delivery of Reward processes and analytics across assigned countries within APAC and the Greater Middle East.The role focuses on compensation and benefits and ensures that all Reward activities are delivered accurately, on time and in compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
This position works closely with regional and global stakeholders to support all organisations within the assigned scope of responsibility.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Reward Services APAC and Greater Middle East.
This position is open in any location within the APAC region.
What you will do- Support end to end Reward processes across assigned countries.
- Participate in the annual market benchmarking exercise and Reward reporting to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
- Support the annual compensation review and annual variable pay computation to ensure timely and accurate payment and strong data integrity.
- Provide data driven insights and recommendations to support compensation decisions.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of Reward activities in line with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Ensure adherence to Reward policies, procedures and governance standards.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of Global Reward services as part of the broader HR service delivery model.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and other HR teams to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Collaborate cross functionally to support broader HR initiatives and change programmes.
- Contribute to regional and global Reward or HR initiatives as required.
We believe you haveProfile description:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience. Experience in compensation and benefits is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English are required. Mandarin language skills are considered an advantage, given the role's interaction with stakeholders across the APAC region.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with ability to translate data into market insights.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and deliver to deadlines.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with HR systems and HR analytics tools is an advantage.
