What you'll be doing:

• Assisting customers with product selection and providing expert advice on wine pairings and recommendations
• Ensuring the store is well-stocked, organised and maintained to the highest standards
• Processing sales transactions, handling cash and card payments, and providing excellent customer service
• Participating in stock-taking and inventory management activities
• Collaborating with the team to implement marketing and promotional activities
• Providing a welcoming and engaging in-store experience for all customers
• Supervise and train sales associates, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in the retail preferred
• Experience in organising data and reports
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment
