Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with information about the key selling points, features, and benefits of products, while assisting them with their shopping needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain service standards when interacting with customers.
- Participate in stock counts and report any discrepancies, damages, or markdown items to the Supervisor.
- Handle stock replenishment, merchandise transfers, and returns as needed.
- Carry out regular checks on product displays, fixtures, and sales floor areas to ensure they meet housekeeping and presentation standards.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Nitec or GCE O/ N Level or equivalent
- At least 1 - 2 years of retail sales operations experience
