A prestigious international jewelry brand is expanding its team in Singapore and is looking for Sales Associates to join its boutiques across prime locations.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Assist customers in selecting fine jewelry pieces, offering product knowledge and after-sales support.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and clientele strategies.
• Maintain boutique presentation, visual merchandising standards, and stock accuracy.
• Support daily store operations including cashiering, inventory management, and reporting.
• Uphold brand image and provide a premium shopping experience.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Chinese preferred (to liaise with client base).
• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience (jewelry retail advantageous).
• Passionate about sales, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and a customer-centric attitude.
