Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations
- Perform sales activities and sales associate duties
- Meet sales quotas
- Demonstrate product knowledge
- Monitor stocks levels and initiate replenishment when stocks are low
- Perform cashiering duties with integrity and honesty
- Maintain outstanding store condition and hygiene
- Involve in the receiving of shipments
- Keep up to date with product information
- Follow all companies policies and procedures
- Other duties assigned by your superior
Requirements
- Proven working experience in retail sales
- Possess solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and highly customer-centric
- Proven experience in driving sales and meeting sales targets
- Experience with point-of-sales system
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Ability to work as a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
- Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
- Minimum secondary education
- Preferably 3 years of sales experience
