Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Retail Sales Executive role based in Singapore. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable twisty puzzles, speedcubes, and brain toys. The Retail Sales Executive will handle product demonstrations, explain features and benefits, process sales transactions, and maintain accurate point-of-sale records. Responsibilities include ensuring the store is well-presented, managing stock displays, and assisting with inventory checks. The role may also support basic training sessions or events, answer customer inquiries about products and techniques, and contribute to a positive, inclusive store atmosphere.

• Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills to engage customers and drive product purchases.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Relationship Building skills to create positive, long-term customer experiences.
• Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills to explain product features and demonstrate puzzles effectively.
• Basic knowledge or interest in twisty puzzles, speedcubes, or brain toys is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore during retail hours, including weekends or public holidays as needed.
• Comfort with using point-of-sale systems and handling cash or electronic payments.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
• Prior retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not strictly required.
