Retail Sales Associates/Store Supervisor

• Position : Retail Sales Associates/Store Supervisor

• Location : Raffles City Mall, Paragon, Jem

• Working hours : Shift Work - 44 Hours

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + AWS + Grooming Allowances + 14 Days Leave

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Fashion

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner

• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed decisions

• Drive sales by achieving individual and store sales targets

• Process transactions accurately (cash, credit card, digital payments)

• Assist in stock management, including receiving, replenishing, and organizing merchandise

• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and display standards

• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to company policies

• Stay updated on current promotions, new products, and brand guidelines

• Other activities assigned

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience in sales or customer service (experience in fashion or footwear preferred)

• Strong interest in fashion retail and ability to advise customers on the store's product range

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Willingness to take initiative and embrace challenges
