Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting suitable kids footwear based on needs and preferences
- Promote and upsell products to achieve sales targets
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising of the store
- Manage stock replenishment, inventory checks, and price tagging
- Handle cashiering duties and ensure smooth transaction processes
Job Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage
- Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Service-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
- Basic numeracy and familiarity with POS or cashiering systems
