Working Hours: Weekday: 630am to 7pm, Every Sat: 630am to 130pm (44 hours per work week)

Job Scope:

• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointment
• Coordinate specialists consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height/weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station

Requirements:

• Minimum N/O/A levels or Diploma in any field
