Job Summary
Lead ICS's business development strategy in Singapore to grow patient referrals and brand presence through strategic partnerships, marketing, and community engagement. Collaborate with leadership and teams to expand referral networks and support long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase patient referrals and drive sustainable growth in Singapore
- Lead and manage the Business Development team by setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and fostering a results-driven culture
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with specialists, general practitioners, hospitals, and allied healthcare providers to expand referral networks
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, including partnerships with hospitals, insurers, and corporate clients
- Represent ICS at networking events, industry forums, and stakeholder meetings to enhance brand visibility and influence
- Oversee marketing and branding initiatives aligned with business development goals, ensuring consistent ICS brand positioning across all materials
- Collaborate with overseas marketing teams to align digital campaigns with local priorities, guiding social media, SEO, and paid campaign strategies
- Review marketing campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies to maximize impact
- Manage vendor relationships for marketing and branding projects to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Lead community outreach programs to increase ICS brand awareness and engagement among referring doctors and healthcare partners
- Identify and organize educational events, seminars, and partnership activities to support market development
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine business growth strategies and support service expansion initiatives in Singapore
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of business development experience, preferably in healthcare, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Knowledge of the Singapore healthcare landscape, with preference for experience in oncology, specialty care, or private healthcare
- Proven track record in building referral networks and strategic partnerships
- Experience in healthcare marketing and brand positioning
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored to healthcare stakeholders
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
