Job Description

We areseeking a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Marketing and Socialmedia Intern to strengthen our brand visibility, community engagement, andmarket growth across our therapy practices and school. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are passionate about contentcreation, digital media, and online marketing. You will gain hands-onexperience in managing digital platforms, creating visual content, andmaintaining our website.

a) Develop,manage, and grow social media platforms across all group brands (contentplanning, copywriting, visual coordination, scheduling, and analytics.

b) Produceand curate engaging website and social media content aligned with brandmessaging, leveraging AI content generation tools where appropriate andapplying editorial judgement to ensure quality and voice consistency.

c) Monitorand analyse campaign performance, optimising for engagement, inquiries, andconversions.

d) Maintainand update marketing databases to support outreach and campaigns.

e) Coordinate with internal teams andexternal designers/vendors to produce polished marketing materials, digitalassets, and campaign creatives.

f) Recommend enhancements to branding,positioning, and overall marketing strategy.

g) Conduct market and competitor researchto identify trends and differentiation opportunities.

h) Support initiatives to grow market shareacross therapy and education services.

i) Develop and implement structuredoutreach strategies to improve conversion of leads and re-engage past clients.

j) Support the planning, marketing, andexecution of events, including school talks, therapist-related activities, etc.

k) Coordinate with designers and vendors onmarketing collaterals, and promotional materials.

l) Assist in outreach initiatives andpromotional campaigns.

m) Plan and execute festive gifting fordoctors, clinics, and long-term clients, including sourcing, packaging, anddistribution.

n) Track and report on key marketing KPIs(e.g., engagement, leads, conversions).

o) Prepare and submit monthly performancereports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degreein Marketing, communications, Media, or related field
  • Proficient in video and photo editing tools (e.g.Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, or similar)
  • Experience with social media marketing (Instagram,LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digitalanalytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
  • Photography or videography experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to commence as soon as possible.
