On behalf of one of its clients in the Food & FMCG industry, the French Chamber of Commerce is seeking a Marketing Executive.
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing Executive who takes strong ownership of execution and communicates effectively.
This role is suited for someone who combines strong execution skills with independent thinking-someone detail-oriented who can identify opportunities to improve campaigns and drive projects forward.

Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels (e.g. social media, content, events, partnerships)
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign rollouts
Monitor performance, analyse results, and optimise campaigns based on insights and KPIs
Manage marketing calendars and ensure alignment with brand and business objectives
Conceptualise and execute consumer-facing events and activations to drive product usage and brand engagement (e.g. cooking demos, sampling, workshops, collaborations)
Manage end-to-end event planning including ideation, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site execution
Collaborate with partners, influencers, and communities to enhance brand awareness
Track performance and derive insights to improve future activations
Support the development of digital marketing assets (e.g. online banners, e-commerce visuals) in collaboration with creative teams
Prepare clear briefs and ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines
Review creatives to ensure accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness
Work with external partners to monitor and manage customer feedback across channels (e.g. social media, email, website)
Ensure timely, professional, and brand-aligned responses to enquiries and concerns
Collaborate with internal teams to address recurring issues and enhance overall customer experience
Support packaging updates in line with brand and market requirements
Assist in ensuring product labels are accurate and compliant with local regulations
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3-6 years of experience in FMCG or consumer marketing (more experienced candidates with strong ownership and execution track record will be considered)
Proven ability to manage projects independently while maintaining clear stakeholder communication
Strong hands-on experience in campaign execution and on-ground activations/events (preferred)
Experience in customer engagement or community management is a plus
Familiarity with digital asset development and working with creative teams
Exposure to packaging development and/or regulatory work is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office experience with tools such as Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms is advantageous
Strong organisational, reporting, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
