We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to provide excellent customer service, supporting daily store operations, and achieve sales targets.
Salary ranges from $2400
Working Details: 8am to 10pm, 4 Days Work Week (Weekends/PH inclusive)
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Promote and recommend products to customers
- Handle cashiering duties, including payment processing and POS operations
- Replenish stock and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and basic complaints
- Support daily opening and closing of the store
Requirements
- Customer-focused with good communication skills
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
