About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and proactive Retail Sales & Merchandising Executive to join our team. In this role, you will ensure our products are well-stocked, highly visible, and attractively displayed across assigned retail outlets. You will also support promotional activities and engage customers to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Replenish stocks in assigned outlets to maintain product visibility and availability.
- Maximise opportunities to place point-of-market materials (POMs) at strategic in-store locations to enhance brand presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and managers to ensure smooth collaboration and operations.
- Travel daily between multiple stores within the assigned geographical cluster (locations may vary and are not tied to candidate's residence).
- Act as a promoter by actively introducing and promoting products during events, roadshows, and in-store activations to engage customers and increase sales.
- Support other sales activities and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the sales department.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail store merchandising (FMCG experience preferred).
- Prior exposure to the wholesale/retail trade industry is advantageous.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable with frequent travel and varied daily schedules.
- Able to speak, read, and write in English. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build good working relationships with store teams.
