Title: Operation Executive (Visual Merchandising and Training)
Work schedule: 5-day work week based on retail hours (5-day Full Shift per week),
11am-9:30pm or 10:30am-9pm
Off days: Wednesday and Thursday
Workplace: Retail stores
Job responsibilities:
1. Training & Development - Lead On-the-Job Training (OJT) and Structured-Based Training (SBT) programs for all retail staff. Coordinate with the HR team on Continuous Product Training (CPT) to ensure ongoing staff development and knowledge enhancement.
2. Store Operations & Visual Merchandising- Oversee merchandise display, visual standards, and overall housekeeping of all retail outlets to ensure consistency, brand alignment, and an optimal shopping environment. Assisting new stores opening and visual merchandising. Coordinating with mall management on new stores openings and renovations
3. Inventory Management - Participate in monthly stock checks across retail stores to ensure inventory accuracy. Conduct audits on merchandising standards and identify any discrepancies for prompt resolution.
4. Customer Experience & Sales Support - Model and deliver excellent customer service by supporting the retail team in product selection, offering expert recommendations, upselling techniques and driving sales conversion to meet or exceed targets. Provide hands-on support in driving sales conversion and delivering excellent customer service. This includes meeting a personal monthly sales target of 15k.
5. Operational Feedback & Process Improvement - Provide structured feedback to HR, Creative, Marketing, and Management teams regarding operational challenges and manpower needs. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for retail management.
6. Event Management & Workshop Facilitation - Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute workshop classes. Take the lead in conducting workshops, ensuring participants receive an engaging and informative brand experience.
