Main Objective: Ensure smooth daily operations of stores and the effective execution of standardized procedures.
Scope of Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations Process Management
o Conduct regular inspections of store workflows and supervise the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
o Follow up on material management, inventory checks, and cashiering system compliance.
2. Hygiene and Safety Management
o Develop and monitor daily hygiene checklists.
o Assist in inspections related to food safety, workplace safety, and equipment maintenance.
3. Internal Data and Reporting
o Collect, organize, and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from stores.
4. Internal Communication and Coordination
o Assist in handling daily work issues between store managers and staff.
o Support coordination and resolution of unexpected situations within stores.
5. Training Support (Internal Processes)
o Responsible for basic pre-employment training for new staff (e.g., hygiene, cashiering, product standards).
6. Store Duty Support
o Replace or assist with frontline operations when manpower is insufficient.
Job Requirements:
o Diploma or above in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
o At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail, F&B, or operations support.
o Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
o Familiar with SOP implementation, inventory management, and basic cashiering procedures.
o Knowledge of workplace safety and food safety regulations is preferred.
o Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data reporting.
o Good communication skills and ability to work with different levels of staff.
o Able to handle pressure and respond to unexpected situations effectively.
o Willing to support store shifts when manpower is lacking.
