Retail Operations Manager (Commercial Building)

Our client is a local leading player in Real Estate Industry, well-known for its diverse portfolio of properties and sustainable urban solutions. They are currently looking for Retail Operations Manager to join the Operations Team. They are located at Central - easily accessible.

Responsibilities for Retail Operations Manager:

• Lead the Commercial Operations team to develop and execute strategies that enhance asset value across the portfolio.
• Ensure smooth operation of essential services, proper maintenance programs, and staff readiness for fire and life safety systems.
• Review and implement annual Asset Plans for all properties.
• Oversee lease administration, tenant handover/takeover, renovation coordination, and tenant relationship management.
• Prepare annual Operating and CapEx budgets, including forecasts, management reports, and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Property Management or related studies
• At least 6 year of retail operations experience, handling commercial buildings
• Team player and experience in handling tenant related matter
