About The Job
- Support the Senior Operations Manager in delivering world-class building services and tenant management for a landmark Grade-A commercial asset in the CBD.
- Manage the full life cycle of OPEX and CAPEX projects, from drafting approval papers and conducting tender exercises to overseeing onsite execution and budget compliance.
- Develop long-term building improvement strategies and preventive maintenance programs to ensure the property remains at the forefront of the premium market.
- Lead the coordination of tenant fit-outs, unit handovers, and reinstatement works, ensuring all activities align with established building guides and service excellence standards.
- Ensure all operations and ad-hoc projects strictly adhere to statutory requirements, WSH Act regulations, and prevailing industry laws.
Skills And Experience Required
- Degree qualification
- Min. 5 years of experience in property management - commercial/retail buildings
- Experience in Green Mark Certification
- Prior experience in leading a team would be preferred
