Job Description

A RIMOWA Retail Operation Executive, SEAO is responsible to support the Head of Retail and Franchise and Store's. This position is responsible to support the retail team to deliver efficient retail operations that aligns with the brand direction and ensures an optimal and motivated work atmosphere.

Retail Excellence

  • Ensure in-store operations in highest standards and always align with company guidelines
  • Generate a high level of collaboration and communication between retail team and other key stakeholders
  • Participate in planning and execution of new systems and processes rollout in stores which include training the staff.
  • Assist in managing the daily operation process for all retail stores
  • Provide administrative support to retail team
  • Responsible for all onboarding/offboarding matters by working closely with HR, IT, store managers with regard to uniforms, system access and scheduling
  • Ensure all operational processes in compliance with company's policies and all discrepancies to be tracked and reported in timely manner.
  • Participate and work with stores to prepare for annual stock take
  • Maintain roster overview and ensure optimal coverage based on business trends, events and product launches
  • Provide support and prepare for store network changes (opening, closing, renovations)

Procurement and Vendor Management

  • Responsible for vendor creation, PO creation and invoices submission
  • Manage and ensure all expenses are in line with the budget
  • Manage all instore materials such as collaterals, packaging materials, serving trays, tools, and any other operational needs.
  • Consolidate uniform orders from stores and work with external vendors on procurement and distribution of uniforms to respective stores.
  • Work with all external vendors with regard to store related matters such maintenance, uniforms, cleaning etc. and follow up on quotations, purchase orders and contracts renewals
  • Handle B2B business coordination such as new vendor account creation, payment details and work with Logistics on delivery.

Commercial Reports

  • Generate and prepare weekly sales performance report
  • Consolidate and upload monthly sales target into system
  • Compose monthly commission/incentive payout calculation and analysis
  • Consolidate and submit monthly overtime & punctuality report
  • Assist in preparing slides for business plans and doing presentation

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Excel, PP, Word and all office tools, Retail POS system knowledge
  • Knowledge of retail environment, Store management and Operations
  • Able to work in a matrixed organization negotiating deadlines from multiple departments in a fast-paced environment
