Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
. Assist Operations Director in retail operations including planning, staff training, market analysis, reports preparation.
. Manage staff appraisals.
. Provide customer service.
. Perform sales functions at retail outlets.
. Provide excellent customer service to meet customers expectations.
. Issue memos for cashier payments.
. Conduct stock packing in a neat and tidy manner.
. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENT
. Must be willing to work retail hours.
. Good communication and multi-tasking skills.
. Good team player, self-disciplined with strong interpersonal skills.
. Effectively bilingual in both written and spoken languages.
. Proficient in MS Office.
