Position: Assistant Store Manager | Retail Supervisor
Working location: Ngee Ann City
Salary: Basic + Allowance + Commission
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and inspire sales associates to consistently provide outstanding customer experience.
- Monitor and maintain high-quality service standards across all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to improve selling skills and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle and resolve complex customer issues, escalating when necessary.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, treating every client with respect and care.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and stay up-to-date with market trends.
- Ensure merchandising and visual standards are consistently met in line with brand guidelines.
- Follow operational procedures in-store and in the stockroom to maintain efficiency.
Requirements:

- Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a hands-on, enthusiastic approach.
