Responsibilities:
- Lead Store Managers to achieve sales targets and retail KPIs.
- Review store performance, identify opportunities, and implement improvement plans.
- Conduct regular store visits and ensure operational and service standards are met.
- Develop and coach store teams, supporting succession planning and staff development.
- Maintain strong store presentation and visual merchandising consistency.
- Coordinate with HR, merchandising, and logistics on manpower and operational needs.
- Manage administrative matters and support ad-hoc business initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven multi-store retail management experience, ideally in lifestyle or fashion retail.
